Poetry Ireland Day was on April 30th. Below is the wonderful composition of pupil M, aged 9, in Mr. Dempsey’s 3rd class.

“Happiness”
‘Happiness is having fun
It’s best when u include everyone
Playing games is happiness too
With art, with fun, there are way more to do!
Sometimes I’m happy
Sometimes I’m not
It’s one or the other
Well that’s what I thought
Chanting the alphabet down to Z
That is happiness all for me’
