The pupils from 4th class in SCS travelled to Co. Clare to visit the Aillwee Caves and see the Birds of Prey attraction.

Aillwee Cave is a wonder to all, with geology and history stretching over 330 million years. The children were firstly guided through the caves by a guide who explained the story of the discovery of the cave and showed the famous location of the Brown Bear remains. After this the children were treated to a showcase of different birds and some children even got to take part. All in all, it was a very memorable tour and a great time was had.
