Well done to the children in Ms. Murphy’s 4th class who raised funds for Barn Owls.
They invited children in from other classes, selling pre-loved books, toys, colouring books. Baked goods and ‘meal deal’ packs were also sold. Some children did hair styling and painted nails. Children could also pay to have their favourite music played.
Mental Maths was being used in a big way to calculate prices and correct change.
Thanks to the children who organised and the children who supported, over €400 was raised for the Barn Owl Appeal.
