On this, mid-summer’s day, we had our 2nd annual picnic in the park. All the children and staff brought their packed lunches to Nolan’s Field, across from the school, and enjoyed dining al-fresco, and playing games with friends. The grey skies did not dampen our spirits any!
We had timed our coming back into the school to coincide with Eoin White (a past pupil) running past the school. Eoin is running 4 marathons in one day across the county of Galway to raise funds for Alzheimers Society of Ireland. Well done, Eoin!
