As we embrace the new maths curriculum here in Scoil Chaitríona ,we decided we would like to recycle our old maths books.
We reached out to a small charity in Co. Louth called Crosscause who send a container to Ghana every year. We previously sent a smaller consignment of books in 2024 so they were delighted to hear from us again.
The books were collected today and the volunteers were on their way to a school in Limerick next.
It’s great to think that the books will be used again by children in schools in Ghana.
