September and October Boys’ Football

The fifth and sixth class boys took part in the Bish Blitz on Friday 29th September. They played very well, beating Scoil  Éinde and Moycullen NS, and finally loosing to St Pat’s Primary School. Some of the St. James’ players played really well on the day. Hard luck boys and we will be ready for more blitzes next Spring. 

 

The boys also took part in the mini sevens on Monday October 2nd. They played five games in a very competitive blitz. They had a good win over Scoil Bhride and, as the team was mainly made up of fifth class boys, they will no doubt make a big difference to the school team next spring.
